Ok you know which player to use (VLC) and also which receiver to download podcasts (Juice Receiver), but how can you find what you are after?

Firstly you can search podcasts by type and broad content using http://www.podnova.com/ This is a great site not only can you find and listen to podcasts using nothing but a flash enabled web browser, but you can manage your subscriptions, listen to episodes, pause playback and even export and import your subscriptions to Juice player!
So say you are starting out with pod casting and you want to listen to some shows on your PC or Mac to see what you like. Simply export your subscriptions in http://www.podnova.com/ and load them into Juice Receiver.
