I use LibreElec for PVR and TV sometimes I get an out of storage issue, normally this is the /storage volume where I mount network drives. Some times the unit will boot and not connect to the NAS and writes take place on the local MicroSD cards which fills up. On reboot these local files are masked and cannot be removed as the NAS folders are shown.
To see the files on the local store
umount /storage/recordings/
umount /storage/downloads/
Remove the files and reboot.
