Just an update the new hardware for the hot water diverter is working well. Surplus power is sent to heating water and then charges the car.
It moved the battery charge limit for the car.
- At night charge from the grid to allow 200 miles of range (70% Charge)
- During daylight, if there is solar excess then at 22kWh to the car charge limit
- At sunset set the car limit back to 70%
